DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY SYSTEM

Under the direction of
the Chief Operations Officer, this position leads and oversees all Services
in the developmental disabilities systems. Included are all programs providing
school-based, after-school, in-home, summer day, and weekend respite care
for children ages 5 – 22 with developmental disabilities. These disabilities
may include behavioral. Developmental, and/or cognitive delays or disorders
on the Autism Spectrum. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree
in business or human services field, ABA certification, and five (5) years
experience in a similar setting, including two (2) years in a management role.
Also required is proficiency with MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) a valid Virginia driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

As member of treatment team will assess referrals for admission, assess client and family needs, develop treatment plans, train staff and families, and oversee implementation of services in Intensive In-Home program for children ages 5 –22 with emotional disabilities. As program grows, will assume more operation responsibilities. Requires daily travel. Must have experience serving children with these challenges, prefer in-home exp. Must have knowledge of Medicaid regulations. Requires MS degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and 3 years related professional experience. Prefer licensure.
DIRECTOR OF INTENSIVE IN-HOME SERVICES

This position is responsible for the management of the Villa's Intensive In-Home program, which provides services to children 5 to 22 years of age with behavioral, developmental and/or cognitive delays. Direction and oversight is provided by the Senior Director of Day Treatment. Specific responsibilities include hiring, developing, training, motivating and evaluating staff; developing and monitoring work processes and work flow; budgeting and budget management; compliance with licensing standards; and coordination with other Villa programs to ensure appropriate wraparound services. The successful candidate will be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or be license-eligible. In addition, the position requires 5 or more years applicable experience (including 2 or more years in a supervisory role), experience in a Medicaid-reimbursement environment, valid Virginia driver's license, good driving record and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This is a full time, salaried position with full benefit package.
TREATMENT SPECIALIST

Work with children in
the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism and in the Day Support program. Candidate
will work under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. and be
responsible for the clients’ treatment from the time of referral and admission.
Responsibilities include conducting formal and informal assessments, treatment
planning and implementation, guidance of Counselors, coordination of resources,
crises intervention and discharge planning. Requires some flexibility with
work schedule as early as 7:30 am and as late as 6:30 pm., some weekend oversight
may be required. Must have Master’s Degree in a human services field, 3 or
more years experience with a related population, strong assessment skills,
and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint),
strong communication skills, valid Virginia driver’s license and good driving
record. Strong consideration will be given to the candidate with ABA or Special
Education certification with focus on children with developmental disabilities
and/or behavior challenges. Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree will be considered
for Behavior Specialist roles provided they have extensive, verifiable experience
with children with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT

This position is located in the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism, which serves children from 6 to 22 years of age who are challenged by autism and other profound developmental disabilities. The Instructional Assistant works with the Special Education Teacher to implement individual academic and behavioral plans for assigned students. Required qualifications include (1) Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, (2) paid or volunteer experience with a population similar to that served by the Center, (3) valid Virginia driver’s license, (4) good driving record, (5) proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II
Location: Facilities Management

This position is responsible
for general maintenance work to include carpentry, painting and plumbing.
Will also perform general labor duties including moving furniture, picking
up donations, cleaning storm drains, and minor roofing repairs. HVAC experience
preferred. Must be able to work under all weather conditions. Must be able
to work at heights or in enclosed spaces. Must be able to use all usual hand
or power tools. Must be available for rotating on-call assignments. Must have
3 years experience.
