Hollybrook Apartments
The Hollybrook Apartments complex is a HUD Section 8 apartment community for people living with disabilities. The complex is located just south of the Villa’s main campus, at the intersection of Brook Road and Villa Park Drive. The complex consists of two developments, Hollybrook I and Hollybrook II, and each has 30 units.
The apartments were designed for people confined to wheelchairs. The complex now provides housing for not only those confined to wheelchairs but also for seniors and to people with mental illness.

PLEASE NOTE
Effective 4:30pm December 2, 2011, Hollybrook Apartments will no longer accept applications for its one and two bedroom apartments.
All
applications postmarked on or before
December 2, 2011 will meet the deadline.
This action is being taken because of the high volume of applicants on the waiting list resulting in an average wait of over 24 months (2 years).
A notice will be published when we resume acceptance of applications.
