Our Staff
Bruce Cauthen, Vice President of Public Relations – Bruce Cauthen is Vice President of Public Relations. He joined the Villa staff in April, 2006.
Bruce has several years’ experience in marketing, public relations and fundraising. He was Development Director for SPARC, the School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community, Director of the Mary Anne Rennolds Chamber Concert Series at Virginia Commonwealth University, and he also served as Marketing Director for five years with the Richmond Symphony. Prior to entering the nonprofit sector, Bruce worked for more than ten years in advertising agencies and market research firms.
Bruce earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
