Our Staff
Cindy Faison, Chief Operations Officer – Cindy Faison has been at St. Joseph’s Villa for 21 years. She has a total of more than 26 years’ experience in human services, with an expertise in children’s residential programming.
During her time at time at the Villa, Cindy has managed long- and short-term residential programs, the Lewis Children’s Center and Flagler Services. She also has provided system leadership to all services on campus at one time or another.
Prior to joining the Villa, Cindy started as a residential counselor for children. Later, she ran a Short Term Intake Center for children with Emotional Disturbances in rural Virginia. She has managed three Intake and Assessment Centers at various locations throughout the state of Virginia and provided group counseling with a detention home in the Tidewater area.
Cindy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Wesleyan College and earned a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
