Our Staff
Toosdhi Jackson, Senior Director of Service Operations Toosdhi
has worked at the Villa for 8.5 years. She has a total of 13 years experience
in the human service field with an expertise in children’s residential
programming. She has over 10 years of experience in management positions.
Toosdhi began working at the Villa in the role of Director of the Child
and Family Emergency Shelter. Toosdhi also led the Villa’s efforts
in securing permanent housing for families impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
She provided system leadership for Flagler services and currently provides
system leadership for the Children’s Day and Residential Services
system.
Prior to joining the Villa, Toosdhi began her career at the Barry Robinson
Center in Norfolk, VA, a treatment facility for troubled youth. Toosdhi
then went on to work at Jackson-Feild Homes, a treatment facility for troubled
teen-aged girls. Toosdhi began working as a residential specialist and was
promoted to a management position.
Toosdhi received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Counseling
from Old Dominion University and earned her Master’s Degree in Business
Administration from Averett University.
